The Cat Pump 310 is a durable, low maintenance pump designed for the demands of the professional carwash environment and is well suited to the various cycles of a car wash, offering continuous performance day in and day out! The CAT Pump 310 is a triplex [three plunger rods] positive displacement, reciprocating, plunger pump, constructed of a forged brass manifold, 304SS valve assemblies, solid ceramic plungers and standard NBR [Buna-N] seals and o-rings.
The CAT Pump's Triplex design offers high efficiency and low pulsation. Its durable high pressure seals are lubricated and cooled by pumped liquid. Pre-set Lo-Pressure Seals provide secondary protection against external leaks and require no packing adjustment. Optional FPM and EPDM o-rings and special HT and ST seals provide broad liquid compatibility. Alternate crankshaft strokes offers flexibility with belt, clutch or direct-drive installation.
