DEMA Venturi Injectors

DEMA Venturi Injectors are self-priming, extremely low-maintenance inline chemical injectors!

For injecting fluids or air into waterlines lines conveying water or other liquids under pressure at your car wash, DEMA Venturi Injectors are the ideal choice. Minimal maintenance is required for DEMA Injectors because they have no moving parts, there is nothing to wear out and no lubrication is required! They are also low-weight, compact components that can be installed in any position and no foundation or mounting bracket is required.

DEMA Venturi Injectors are simple to operate, no wiring is required for installation, are self-priming and need no bleeding or filling. The injection rate can be quickly adjusted too, even during operation. No draining is needed for seasonal shut down.

DEMA Venturi Injectors are available in two series, "C" series injectors and "B" series injectors:

DEMA Venturi "C" Series Injectors

• Supplied with 3 water nozzle bushings for accurate sizing of injector to water flow
• Equipped with a metering screw or use metering tips to adjust the dilution of the product
• Ryton metering knob and check valve core for high chemical resistance
• Operate in pressure as high as 700 PSI (48 Bar) with water at room temperature or 500 PSI (34 Bar) with water at 150 degrees F (66 degrees C)
• Stainless steel metering knob is available for high pressure (700-3000 PSI or 48-204 Bar)
• Polypropylene model P203C is also available for high chemical resistance.

DEMA Venturi "B" Series Injectors

• Equipped with an adjustment screw to adjust water flow for the specific application
• Can use metering tips to adjust the dilution of the product
• Ryton metering knob and check valve core for high chemical resistance
• Operate in pressure as high as 700 PSI (48 Bar) with water at room temperature or 500 PSI (34 Bar) with water at 150 degrees F (66 degrees C).
• Stainless steel metering knob is available for high pressure (700-3000 PSI or 48-204 Bar)
