Menzerna Power Finish Provides Two-Step Results in One High Performance Polish!

Menzerna Power Finish is a one-step finishing polish originally designed for the OEM market to provide fast results on automotive assembly lines that can't be held up with multiple polishing steps. Menzerna needed a machine-applied finishing polish that served double duty; produce a high level of gloss, while being able to remove light scratches and 2500 grit sanding marks on modern scratch-resistant clear coat. Menzerna PF 2500 Power Finish is an efficient, time-saving finishing polish that meets the needs of automobile manufacturers, body shops and auto detailing professionals by providing two-step results in a true one-step cutting polish.

Menzerna PF 2500 Power Finish , also known as Menzerna PO203 , is suitable for both fresh paint and aftermarket reconditioning. It can eliminate up to 2500 grit sanding marks on freshly applied clear coat paints and finishes with a high level of shine and gloss. Menzerna Power Finish PO203 saves time and money by eliminating the need for multiple steps in most applications, making it a must have for detail shops and body shops.

Applying Menzerna Power Finish by machine is recommended to obtain the best results. A circular polisher will provide the fastest and most aggressive most cutting power for scratch removal while a dual action polisher, like the Flex XC 3401 VRG, will finish with maximum gloss and shine. To minimize the chance of rotary buffer induced swirls, The Flex XC3401VRG is a versatile dual-action, orbital machine polisher that rotates and orbits to polish paint safely without leaving any swirl marks.

Directions for Machine Application:

• Make sure the paint surface clean and dry. Fresh paint should be fully cured.
• Do not use in direct sunlight.
• Use a foam polishing pad or foam light cutting/polishing pad on your rotary or dual action polisher.
• Focus on one 2' x 2' area at a time, overlap your section passes in a side to side pattern, then up and down ensure even coverage.
• Speed settings: Rotary Polisher 1500-2000 RPMs, Dual Action Polisher 4 or 5.
• After several passes, reduce pressure and polish to a high shine.
• Spray the area with Menzerna Top Inspection and wipe clean with a microfiber towel to inspect for complete defect removal.
• Once you are happy with the final results, apply Menzerna Power Lock Polymer Sealant to lock in the shine.
• Speed settings are suggested as a general guideline and will vary based on the paint hardness and the severity of the defects you are removing. Always start with the least aggressive approach first and only move up as necessary to obtain the desired results.
